TAXES DOLLARS WASTED to put non child support payers in jail

YES i feel child support is something to be paid.
but does it make sence to lockup the person not paying it? how does one get the money then,but it seems like we all would be paying then with our taxes
should we not have a place to put them to work. and
take support money out of there checks.i think it
could be done working with companys. and setting up
a program to insure they would have workers to
preform tasks for a wage and still be paying taxes
themselfs. even if all they did where to pickup
a mile of trash a day around the city or town would.
be a savings to all of us.for them to be in jail
costs not save anything because we have to feed and
cloth them there.they could help out at the local
area food banks. something i would say to get our moneys worth. but i feel with this site a renewed
interest in repairing a problem long to be overhauled
but with everyones input i think it can and will work

PRISONS and they seem to grow in population

In my research i find that the population growth is
do too. A number of events and it is not do to alot
new crimes happening. but mostly due to parolees
being returned back to prison for breaking the
conditions of of there release from prison. most
states have about fifty to thirty rules to obide
by.most of which would put none of us in prison
other then three of the rules, rule ONE DRUGS AND
ALCOHOL RULE TWO BE CONVICTED OF A NEW CRIME AND
RULE THREE MISS A PAROLE OFFICER APPOINTMENT
THOSE ARE THE TOP FOR THE AVERAGE PAROLEE. BUT
SEX OFFENDERS HAVE ALOT MORE TO DEAL WITH. RULE
ONE NO CONTACT WITH THERE FORMER VICTIM OR VICTIMS
RULE TWO NO CONTACT WITH MINORS. I UNSTAND THIS
BUT IN ONES RELEASE HOW IS THIS DONE I WONDER THERE
MINORS EVERYWHERE RIGHT.WHEN IN A STORE,OR MALL
MISSING AN AFTERCARE PROGRAM CLASS APPOINTMENT THEY
HAVE TO DUE FOR A FEW YEARS.AND YET ALOT OF THEM
ARE RETURNED TO PRISON ON EVEN MINOR OFFENCES TOO.
ONE FOR A BAD CHECK WHICH WAS PAID OF IN COURT.
DUE TO HIS MOVING HE DID NOT RECIVE A NOTICE IN
THE MAIL BUT WHEN HE FOUND OUT ABOUT IT IS WAS
ALREADY A MISTORMINOR OFFENCE WITH IN THE COURT
SYSTEM.AND AFTER PAYING THE COURT THERE MONEY HE
WAS PROMLY RETURNED TO PRISON FOR A NEW CRIME. I
KNOW A FEW PEOPLE MYSELF THAT HAVE DO THIS BUT THERE
WHERE NO JAIL TERMS INVOLED JUST THINK ON THAT.THIS
IS SOME OF WHAT I HAVE NOTICED AND ADDED TO THE RISE
IN PRISON POPULATION. OUR TAXES WILL SOON BE RISED
TO BUILD NEW PRISONS OR AND ONTO THE ONES WE ALREADY
HAVE I FEEL IF OUR VOICES ARE HEARD ON THIS ISSUE
AND ONLY RETURN THEM TO PRISON SERISOUS CRIMES NOT
JUST ANYTHING LIKE MISSING APOINTMENTS OR PAID HOT
CHECKS SEND THEM TO MONEY MANAGEMENT CLASS, TIME
MANAGEMENT CLASSES.THIS WILL MAKE ROOM FOR FELONY
CRIMES NOT MISTORMINOR CRIMES.

I wish to say i like most people i thought the same before i did some looking around and discovered something.first off did you know that sex offenders while in and out of prison get treatment.in prison it lasts two years of re changing there thinking and behavior patterns. they take polygraphs on a time to time base learn to understand how and why the committed there crime most have learned there behavior while growing up. someone was there teacher so most believed this was OK and everyone acted out in this manner.but while in treatment they find out differently and change there behavior.and learn that they have harmed someone and others as well.and this is on going change while they are released from prison.they learn to understand to feel for another person in a new way empathy is what was missing and i see alot of them living and working all over towns and cities helping at the food banks. even the local churches too, mowing the grass etc.but did you know that a bank robber or a murder take not such treatment did they not have victims. the bank robber were there not people in the bank and even children do they not fear each time they return to the bank wondering will he come back and even kill someone next time.did he not learn this behavior growing up thinking it was OK to do this.or am i the only one to think of this,should not the bank robber be on the web as well registered with the F>B>I> signs in front of his home as i said before there where children in the bank with there parents and they i believe where victimized as well emotionally do you not think so. but there released from prison maybe to know only how to better rob a bank again this time which they may have LEARNED from some other inmate. they perfect there robbing skills in therefrom each other should we not give them behavioral treatment like the sex offenders get.even drug users, drug dealers did they not learn this while growing up.
